The reason I'm arguing the toss is to explain my move from full atheist to Agnostic...an Atheist 100% believes that a 'God' or versions of...does not exist. I'm merely pointing out that the reasoning is flawed and the thinking man's viewpoint has to be agnosticism
It is true that we can never prove ANYTHING. All you can do is show something that you believe to be true, and hope that at some future time some contradictory evidence is not found. So in that context you'd have to say you were wrong if you considered ANYTHING impossible.
But I think that kind of misses the point. We don't go around imagining ridiculous things to be possible, we rule them out as being ridiculous.
