The reason I'm arguing the toss is to explain my move from full atheist to Agnostic...an Atheist 100% believes that a 'God' or versions of...does not exist. I'm merely pointing out that the reasoning is flawed and the thinking man's viewpoint has to be agnosticism

It is true that we can never prove ANYTHING. All you can do is show something that you believe to be true, and hope that at some future time some contradictory evidence is not found. So in that context you'd have to say you were wrong if you considered ANYTHING impossible.

But I think that kind of misses the point. We don't go around imagining ridiculous things to be possible, we rule them out as being ridiculous.

By the way, whilst saying there is no God, I do not rule out the possibility that Jesus Christ (or Mohammed for that matter) possibly did exist. I think it quite likely in fact that a bloke called Jesus did live in Gallilea 2,000 years ago and if he did, he was probably a very remarkable chap who said and did some incredible things. Not miracles, but things that surprised people greatly and things he said which had a profound effect on people.

Science still cannot explain the origin of the universe...so in some way...it's taking just as much of a leap as some of these religious zealots...remember it wasn't that long ago that we thought the world was flat...there's still a lot of mystery out there...and a lot of science fact in the past has crumbled into science fiction when the reality is revealed

This is not news...I'll throw in that the face of Jesus as popularly depicted is generally taken from statues of Alexandra the Great...again pretty common knowledge, also a lot of biblical tales originated in the 'epic of Gilgamesh'...others were taken from older scripts. Again nothing new here.
Now, go through your rip routine on Hinduism...a fair bit older, but plenty of comedy gold in there...
And yet....science does not convince me my friend...I'll stay with what I've got.

I'm 99% a non believer I can't say 100 as I can't prove he doesn't but that's the same for every idea or myth. However;
