Ukraine, I would imagine. Ukrainian jets with Ukrainian pilots operating over Ukrainian territory will be how it is ring fenced.

So Poland don’t have to directly hand them to Ukraine. They would come from the US.

Poland will be waving a certificate around insisting they sent them to the US to be scrapped. Absolute mystery how they ended up in Ukraine.
