Another high ranking Russian officer killed, there's been three or four now I think. Saw something about Russia's fancy new encrypted comms system not working and they have to communicate by mobile phones now, which are probably being intercepted and geolocated. NATO air assets must be helping in this, judging by the number of intel gathering aircraft doing racetracks near the Belarus and Ukraine borders.

From somewhere the world needs a person who will bring some sanity to the situation, because if it does not happen, Russia has over 2,500 nuclear weapons. MAD becomes reality.

I suspect that the vast majority are almost oblivious to what is happening in Ukraine and ignorant as to what is coming down the line in terms of sanctions. Their effect may take some months to really bite, but when they do, the pain will be unprecedented for modern Russians.
