If the Russians don't watch out, the Kherson front could collapse like it did around Kyiev and then Kharkiv. Way to few troops to deal with the flexible Ukrainian tactics. If it does collapse it could leave Russian BTGs trapped north of the Dnepro river.Ukraine has baited russian forces into Siverodonetsk and are now countering, causing high casualties to the russian forces who keep reinforcing city as it is a key location for them. People suspect this was Ukraines plan to bleed russian forces with minimal loses themselves. The "elastic band" retreat and counter has been a big tactic from Ukraine so far.
In the south they are pushing into the Kherson region and have been routing russian forces who dont have enough forces to replenish frontlines as they are likely concentrated in the east or further behind lines, although it seems Ukraine has been slowed down by bridges being destroyed but last I seen they are making progress, getting fairly close to Kherson itself now.
There has also been a few missile strikes in kyiv today.
That is a few things I have read in recently.
