Soldiers are disciplined, can be trained and will take orders. I would say that is 3 things a prisoner will not do and it is why they are locked up in the first place.

I suppose 50% will be criminals so they will be used to looting, robbing and raping. The journos could always pen a nasty article about Zelensky and as Russia have no guns left, the old dears can use their handbags.
As for the politicians they won't last a week as they will be stabbing each other in the back as soon as they are off the coach.

Regards the strike on the administration building in Kherson this morning.

"This took place while heads of occupation administrations of local cities and villages were meeting in Russian-controlled Kherson. Ekaterina Gubareva, deputy head of the occupation administration in Kherson, said she survived. "We're tallying our staff."
