Presumably a negotiated settlement will have agreed provisions. Ultimate disobedience wiil negate the settlement and presumably Russia then remains subject to sanctions or the reimposition thereof.Despite telling the world that sanctions are not harming them, the fact remains that their economy is on course for complete meltdown. Secondary sanctions are already causing countries who are not part of the sanctions regime to withdraw from dealings with Russia.

You dont have to invade Russia as such. Just destroy the two cities Moscow and St Petersburg the rest is an impoverished shxt hole and all you need to do after the cities are gone is send in the drones to land a six month supply of vodka to every square kilometre of Russia. By the time they sober up in six months the world will be a different place. That is my take to end this war in a humanitarian way, well except for the citizens of the said cities;-)
