Even though they're in the wrong, we shouldn't dehumanize them.

Yes, we should all be happy that Ukraine is seemingly winning the war, but think of the wider effect of each one of those deaths. That's someone's son/brother/father/husband who is never coming home. For what?

Many of them don't even want to be there.

I really don't like to agree with this.
Russians are people the same as us. The ony difference is the political choices they keep making. - The wrong choice every time they have a revolution or, on a few occasions, an election.
That said the only way things will get better is if they lose badly on the battlefield in the coming months.
The trouble with this statement though is the successor to Putin could actually be worse!

Your telling me they have very little left.
They are struggling for feet on the ground in Donetsk Region.
Have now started mobilizing women from that region.

1 to the North and 1 to the South of Kreminna.....both about 6km from Kreminna.
