Doesn’t sound so bad.I expect if and when he is deposed he will be retired to his huge palace and live out his days under armed guard, with a steady supply of pole-dancing nubiles to strut their stuff in the basement.

I've kept refreshing this page for news such as thisRussian base been destroyed,Tokmak.
Shove ya fuckin ceasefire.
The Abrahams is a non starter. It has a gas turbine engine and Ukraine simply couldn't keep it on the road, though it can use virtually any fuel from jet fuel (kerosine/paraffin) thru land and marine diesels and petrol. It also burns fuel at a rate that would be unsustainable for Ukraine to supply. A mile for every 4 US gallons or some such horrendous number though that various enormously with speed. Will the EU and the US give Ukraine heavy battle tanks, they’ve been given troop carriers etc. However if you need to break through lines a tank does come into its own, the M1 Abrams is a good piece of kit the Yanks could supply, but it runs on specialist fuel which could slow it down keeping it going across Ukraine.

In the basic idle (750rpm) , the tank uses 10 US gallons per hour, 30 US gallons per hour in a tactical idle (1500 rpm), and 60 US gallons per hour when traveling cross country. The fuel tank holds almost 505 US gallons, and has a range and has a cross-country range of about 125 mile.
BTW The next gen Abrahams is moving to diesel due to the excessive fuel consumption. A logistical hell to support.
1 US gallon = 3.75 litres
I Imperial gallon = 4.456 litres
Yes quite good googleMuch impressed by the technical knowledge of military hardware displayed by several posters.
Be no good over here there are no charging points! There is a next gen Abrahams on the way after that that is fully electric. which is very impressive.
