It's misquoted, they are basically saying that was the first ship they targeted last year and learnt a lesson from it to sink the Moscova. Some blag accounts saying it has been sank.

My thinking is....and go against if you choose,no probs.
Take all of the occupied areas,then take Crimea...put a NATO Naval base in Sevastopol......no more invasions.

If your guys could use those Neptune missiles or saboteurs to take out the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol it would make the politics of kicking Russia out of Crimea entirely a lot, lot simpler.
