The USA staffed listening base at the Harrogate installation has been monitoring phone calls for the last 7 or more years with UK permission.
Both USA and China prefer their own electronic equipment to be used in countries where sensitive modern equipment is installed.

I think the firmware of both countries is shall we say capable of fine tuning.

Not once have I said let Putin have what he wants! I’ve said China getting involved may push us over into full blown out war and Putin wound get his arse handed to him and when he’s nothing left he will push a button or two unless someone intervenes but I have never said ever just let him do what he was wants.
