Russian invasion of Ukraine

What’s going on in Georgia at the moment with the foreign agents bill they are protesting about ? More Russian influence trying to stir up trouble? They would be biting off more than they can chew opening up multiple fronts in other countries if they are currently going nowhere in Ukraine.
It appears the controversial bill is to be dropped.

Ukraine’s victory will see it incorporated into the European Union, I imagine, and that in turn will open a corridor to Georgia and a window for its own candidacy to be accepted.

Basically the ruling party (Georgia Dream) are trying to introduce a law "Forreign Agents" bill that could be used to silence any opponent who has the smallest connection with a forreign power - even working for McDonalds could be used against you - a move considered by everyone but them to be a move to a one party state.
