Also, the second greatest war movie ever made:



The two directors (Ivan Klimov and Larisa Shepitko) were actually husband and wife. Both would have thought that Putin is a ****, though. And the extraordinary Shepitko was actually Ukranian.

Astounding cinematography.
It makes me wonder how Russia has transformed itself to become the modern Nazi / Fascist threat to the world.
