It’s strange we didn’t train pilots when Russia invaded Crimea, 2014 they are fighting Russia with one hand tied, appalling damage and loss of life in Ukraine drip feeding ammunition.

Summat getting hit near Mariupol Airport...don't know what,but a good few explosions.
Apparently,a good hit.....was a base (WAS),a few Air Defence units also.
Around 200 Russians stationed there.

Posted a while back,Ukrainian pilots had been training since August last year on Western aircraft....i thought Warthog.....i would bet my last penny,it was F-16s,after what has come out earlier.

One of the MP's on the defence select committee said 3 months to train Ukrainian pilots on the F-16s, so they may be operational sooner than that tweet is even suggesting.
