Russian invasion of Ukraine

Not sure cruise missiles are great for demolishing massive structures tbh, a bit of a waste. Probably better used elsewhere.
Storm shadows would obliterate it, not that I'm an explosive's or demolition expert but they have 2 charges, and different detonation setting's will certainly make big holes :)

Storn Shadow 1st charge fragments the place where the missile hits, the 2nd (larger) charge goes of 100ths of a second later after the missile has moved through the fragmenting damage.
The time interval can be set prior to launch based on the outer material of the target.
Superb for demolishing buildings and fortifications.
Not so sure about bridges. First charge would probably take it through the deck. 2nd charge would thus probably not be as effective than against buildings and fortifications as it would detonate in the air under the bridge.
If accurate enough to hit a pillar thiugh, it could be devastating.

My son lives in Czech Republic and is going to Lviv with his Ukrainian girlfriend (she was moved out of Ukraine some months back with her teenage son) to visit her mother at the beginning of July.
He told me it was safe.
Has it got dangerous?
It was targeted with drones on Wednesday. Very few hit and there were no casualties, but they have to go into shelters when the sirens sound.

Yeah you would probably have to target the pillars to bring it down, a big enough attack on the bridge surface would surely close it for a good while though and stop supplies coming in through that route, then rinse and repeat as needed.

They posted this picture yesterday.
