Ukraine should hopefully be able to take advantage of this disarray. If I was a russian at the front right now hearing what's going on I'm fragging anyone who could stop me surrendering.

If I'm a Russian grunt in a trench and my commander told me to advance I'd shoot him. In fact I'd probably shoot him even if he didn't say anything.
