Then it became clear Russia actually had the 2nd best military in Ukraine.

Now it's looking likely that, by tomorrow, Russia could have the 2nd best military in Russia.

It's very strange, nothing to show for Wagner but lots of videos of Russian National Guard road blocks with long lines of vehicles - so clearly they are there for a reason.
