That's why the western governments haven't adopted full exclusion of Russia from SWIFT banking system, so we can still buy Russian Gas and Oil.

Germany’s economy minister said 3 or 4 days ago that Germany could do without Russian gas, but it would be “difficult”. The Ukrainian population is definitely having more significant difficulties than finding a way to pay for gas outside of Swift

Well I was responding to a post referencing a no-fly zone over Ukraine not Russia or its vassal.

You asked a question about the origins of the russian air force planes into belarus, russia was the answer, one came from the moscow area, the other only appeared near the belarus border, so don't really know.

However even the russians have their transponders turned on, on some aircraft anyway, most NATO (western) have them on, even the fighters, the UK has had 3 fighter jets in the area tonight, and 2 tankers, plus another who I don't know what it was doing, as it flew east did 3 circuits at high level near Katowice then headed home.

Sure they could do without Russian gas but not overnight. They are buying $170,000,000 of it a day. They haven't stopped buying it since the war started.
