It’s a Sukhoi of some sorts, not an F16.

Think its a MiG......looks like 1 pilot is already seated?
Think the only SU type to have 2 seats is SU-30 and upwards,which i dont think Ukraine has????

I don't profess to be an expert, but to me ot looks very much like a MiG29.
