Indeed, lets hope so, they will be a big loss for russia, as they won't be easily replaced, and they won't have that many of them to replace them with.

Neither are bombers BA, one is an AWACS, the other a radio relay station, so likely directing missiles at targets.

One thing it mentions that doesn’t add up is the mention of using Patriot missiles for this.
Unless Ukraine have managed to sneak patriots well into enemy territory then no way it was patriot. It has a range of about 90km.
Unless the Ukrainian forces have worked out a new launch platform for it. Say from one of the really large torpedo drones that they got into the Sea of Azov
