I agree, I think they have the capability to drop it at will. Hopefully, Russia know that too

Looking more and more like President Volodymyr Zelensky will sack General Valery Zaluzhny over the generals demands to mobilise 500k of the countries population.
I'm not dure how Ukraine can stop Russia, let alone win the war without mobilising a large chunk of the population.
