I don't think it's about nuclear weapons, more that they don't want it escalating into other nations conventionally.

If Ukraine wants to attack russian territory it needs to use it's own built weapons, and it already does. I do understand that they want to be able to attack troop build ups by the border, but they don't really need the longer range weapons for that, just artilery.

Russian Nebo-M radar and its KU-RLK control center. According to the available data, it is difficult to find out whether the ra was destroyed, so we are waiting for photos from the ground/higher quality pictures

False premise. The US government supports the Rafah offensive, it supplies Israel with the weapons, it's only because of domestic backlash that Biden started wagging his finger. It's a hollow threat because he has no intention of losing the election.
