I don't know if it's "the plan" or whatever.
There is talk that the Russians are pulling around 150k troops from Ukraine for Kursk Region.
Logistics will be a major problem,moving that amount....if true.

There are 400k freshly trained Ukrainian troops somewhere freshly equiped with full western kit. They aren't at the front and that's for sure.
Only 100k of the 500k now trained draft has been used to replenish existing units over the last 2 months.

I was watching a video on youtube the other day, no idea who the guy was so take with lots of buckets of salt. but he pointed out that Ukraine conscripted 500k in May. 3 months of training will be up in few weeks. apparently 100k have been assigned to the front lines in the East. so whats gonna happen with the other 400k.... add into that that a lot of the hardware that has been delivered in the last 6 months hasn't been moved to the front but has been stockpiled.

Are those troops and hardware going to rotated into front lines, kept back or are we going to see a massive counter attack in the next month?

There were a few vids and blogs on it to be fair.
The conscription finished at the end of May but started earler so a lot of those troops are a month ahead.
Raw troops with basic training are not for attacks, though they could be used as "mop up" troops to replace the veterans in an offensive to keep surrounded Orcs in place till they either surrender or starve
