Ones he's threatened to use multiple times, even moved them to the Russian/Finnish border to stop them joining NATO.

Didn't work, Finland joined, no nukes fired.

I've posted this before....all the Ukrainian engineers,designers/creators of these missiles have been dead for years....all their info,they took to the grave with them.
Who has been maintaining these missiles?
