Sadly, sarcastic/ironic. Putin will push for peace having gained the ground he wants. We will 'reluctantly' agree and 2 years down the line we will be trading with them as that is how capitalism works.
The dead will be forgotten (outside of Ukraine) and City will be playing Shaktar somewhere near Poland, as its safe.

I think everything is a kick in the teeth to the Paralympics, it is overlooked nonstop unfortunately.

I don’t think being 3 weeks after the olympics helps to be honest, people tend to have “gotten their fill” of niche sports by the end of the Olympic fortnight.

It's breaking my heart this war! Seeing children clamouring over bombed bridges when two weeks ago life would have been pretty much normal for them. This war has really brought the horrors of war home! I hope all countries are more mindful in the future of the devastation war causes for the people that have to live it.
