Doubt it. The Russians would have done it themselves if it was so easy. Then again only 141 were manufactured in Soviet days.
Ukraine resurected the use of Tu-141s in 2014 but I believe ths drone only probably reuses the KR-17A turbojet that the Ukrainian aircraft industry can nanufacture.

Yes,they are Chechen fighters,only these Chechen's are from the Sheikh Mansur Battalion who will fight for anybody who is fighting Russia.......fighting for Ukraine.
