Now how does this change things? It’s not as if Ukraine would actually use one and Putin would just shrug his shoulders, the only thing it would change is the threat of Russia using them would be a non starter knowing Ukraine could lob one back. I don’t think it would stop the war as it is now.

Had a look and i think its not far off bar the South.
In that direction,they are further West than the map shows.
I get told that they entered X,Y and Z.
It's never clear if it's a Recon Unit or not.
Also most mappers etc,are about 72 hours behind where they really are.
Russians have taken back some ground,but not as much as Russian bloggers claim.

Yes I imagine they could be even further behind reality, I wonder how much has just been ceded back to them because it's not that important.
