They've only built 198 (+19 Ka50's), and they won't all be in combat with Ukraine, some 46 are operated by Egypt, suggesting they only had around 130 before conflict. They've used them in Syria, so I suspect some are still there, plus all around other (potential) theatres, and the navy have some somewhere.
