Well it was covered in the main local news bulletin on either ITV or BBC. Happily name dropping him and showing him signing autographs for the kids. Generally giving the impression he’s an all round good guy.

I’m not sure I can ever recall seeing a person on bail for serious criminal offences being afforded such positive publicity.
