Sad to see

Hmm; doesn't look too good, does it?

Boro's attendances were embarrassing to the Premiership, and I'm glad they've gone.

same happened in the north stand maine road in the nineties they came running in about 10 mins from the end of the game swinging punches, they got sorted and legged it back out, my mate who ran a pub in town told me later they were all in there till 4 oclock then marched down with sole purpose of doing a some city fans, it was in retaliation for the previous fa cup game at maine road the year before?

Mid 70's, their 1st season in the top div, and a few 100 of the raggles pile-in to the old triangle between the north stand and the kippax, smacking-up all the old fella's and kids. As the City lads arrive to sort it the cowardly fucks turned and ran, leaving nothing but a sea of shitty scarves scattered on the terraces. While sorry to hear of anyone getting hard times, I can but hope that for some of them at least, what goes around comes around.

It's been the same there for years. I refuse to feel sorry for the monkey hanging tossers.

That's Hartlepool

Yes but they were all from Middlesborough ... originally.... I bet.

Serves Steve Gibson right.

When he could see that the club were in decline, he failed to change the manager even when it was clear Southgate was out of his depth. Then they got relegated and he still didn't sack him. But when they were looking good for a possible return to the Premiership, he decided to sack him because crowds were going down. Like us, he had someone lined up but unlike us, the replacement was worse so crowds went down even further.

Shit club shit fans no sympathy.
Full ground for Ravenlli and Juninho but virtually empty for Adam Johnson and Chris Riggott in a one-team town.

Suppose the economy was different then but even so bring players like that back to that club now and people will appear from the pubs watching the rags games to watch the 'boro

My missus is from Hartlepool (the monkey hanging fucker) and I can tell you she would be very upset at the insinuation that Middlesboro and Hartlepool are one and the same. She will have nothing to do with the "Smog Monsters" whatsoever.
