Well for those of us who do remember standing , BRING IT BACK.
It's called democracy, bit too scary for our island mentality,we seem to prefer autocracy, much safer.LongsightM13 said:Blue tooth's post shows just how unreasonably stubborn, blinkered and out of touch FIFA, Blatter and our own FA are compared to the progressive, enlightened and 'can do' attitude prevalent in Germany.
It seems over there, they respect supporters rather than patronising them or making them play second fiddle to greed and football politics.
I honestly can't see how any football fan could honestly object. They're not making standing compulsory, just offering an option.
Bring back the Kippax.

Don't worry it won't be compulsory (and it won't happen either - though I hope it does).

ive been though all pages of this topic and i find it really strange how you try and defeat the whole idea of safe standing when it really will not affect you in the slightest if you choose not too?

I've only had 1 reply to this so said user can ignore this...
but why does it come down to sit or stand? what about the number of fans who sit down for periods of games and then join in with the sing song for a bit?
