Safe Standing: Rail Seating in South Stand

Yeah, I was just giving an idea of what happens in Germany. Their ticket prices are quite low as well, I doubt most teams in England would fill the 1:2 policy unless there's a drop in ticket prices.
I thought I'd seen previously that it's a myth about their 'low' ticket prices?

I’m Germany most teams have a 1 seat to 2 standing policy during at Budesliga games. Each row has two layers of you get what I mean, so one person can stand where the safe standing seat is and two are slightly below them.

Definitely only 1 step per seat at ours, which would make it seem difficult (not to say expensive) to change it to a 2 step per seat layout. The differing step height between the access stairs and the seat rows looks a bit dodgy there, looks like a H&S nightmare.

So what’s the damage in this safe standing ?
I have the cheapest seat in SSL3
£325 but standing was always cheaper in the good old days iirc.
I also don’t understand the need for a seat in this section if everybody is standing ?
Maybe for kids to stand on.

Yes I don’t think it’s likely we’ll see the 1:2 ratio in the Premier league, I’m pretty sure at Dortmund they built the safe standing on the original terrace so they already had a two step seat layout.

There will be no increase in capacity after the introduction of safe standing. The standing space will replace the seat.
