Sagna fined 40K for social media post.

"This was obviously a typo, for which I'm very sorry. I've never been one to criticise a match officials performance, and I'm not going to start with that cheating fucker".

Something along those lines should see him right.

I assume that the FA will come to a decision based on the balance of probabilities. In which case it doesn't matter what he says, they'll charge him with improper conduct/bringing the game into disrepute and eventually fine/ban him.

C*nts

and if they do that then Sagna might as well come out in full force and say that they are cheating fuckers as he'll be getting a 3 game ban anyway

Aside from the red for Ferna which I thought was correct I think we got a very raw deal from Mason yesterday, but Taylor's display vs Chelsea made me question their impartiality like you. However I don't think Sagna going off half cocked with social media posts is the right course of action. The club need to speak to the FA and the Ref association and ask for explanations of decisions via proper channels as albeit publically if possible.
Thank you, Mr Chamberlain. So it's peace in our time then?

If he goes for the typo defence he'd have good grounds to appeal to CAS.

Makes me laugh how fast they are to jump on anyone who criticises their refs. Maybe just maybe they should take a step back, look at the refs performances and realise that they are simply not up to scratch and either give them extra training or promote other refs. But no lets just punish anyone who criticises them that will solve the problem.

To be perfectly honest, I agree with the piss can on this kind of stuff. Call them out. We've been far too compliant for far too long, and fuck all has changed - in fact I'd suggest it's gotten worse. Look at the Rags. Mourinho complained about some poor decisions, then all of a sudden they're getting away with two footed challenges and elbows - and get that ridiculous decision yesterday. I previously thought that we should be adults and hold the high ground, but enough is enough.

Even look at the obvious foul on Bravo yesterday. The attacker actually take his arm, thereby causing him to miss the ball. Regardless of your opinion on the fella, he's been fucking fouled - however half the eedjits on here are happy to blame Bravo. We should be backing our own.

Time to back the players, the manager and the club.

His reply should read,

Dear FA

My apologies, I of course meant to say 20 x 22,

Doh! there I go again,....,.......................................

Spot on mate. We are not perfect at the moment but this is not about the football. It's about saying enough is enough and getting right behind the club in all its facets. It's what we as fans have been famed & respected for. We did it when we were shit.....its high time to do it again.....NOW.

SO what could be the punishment for this then?. Just a telling off or is this gonna lead to a ban?

Thank you, Mr Chamberlain. So it's peace in our time then?

Why do you say that? Clearly Mason had a poor game. But why put out comments on social media that will only end up inflicting further harm on our club. Sagna may well get a four game ban for that post. Is that a good idea? If you think so then perhaps we should all get t shirts printed with 10 vs 12 on them and the players warm up in them before west ham. Would make a good point no doubt but would result in a massive fine and more suspensions. What do you think? I think we have to be more clever than that. Get some media on side use ex players. But also the right channels. The club should have put a complaint in and asked for an explanation of Taylor's performance. But as far as I can tell we did nothing.
