Lucrative land in Lower Kersal? Isn't that what you call an oxymoron?
I used to live over Bury New Road from Moor Lane. It’s high-value land alright and it’s leafy Kersal Vale, not Lower Kersal!

Wouldn't surprise me if they move in very soon. As someone else said, little, no or inadequate segregation.
Plus the AJ Bell is hardly paying dividends for Salford Reds; only get a couple of thousand per home game.
Surely though, the Football League would've assessed Moor Lane, with all the other promotion chasers, as they approached the end of last season to endure they met safety guidelines?

The Moor Lane ground will have been assessed by the EFL but I don't think there's much assessment of the surrounding area in terms of parking, pubs and any other match day facilities. I think a couple of fences will go up over the summer and some more burger van style refreshment facilities installed.

I'll never forget the news that night, think a fan was dancing on the roof, then went right thru it. Found it...
I have no issues at all with them and watched quite a few of their games when televised.
Good luck to `em.Good Manager as well.
Just watching their opening game against Stevenage, when Salford scored the Sky commentator said that goal will be celebrated from Salford to Singapore.
