So what we do know.....

1. Boris lied saying only Russia could create Novichok.
2. Even though these two men had to satisfy many Visa conditions to enter the UK we didn't know their identity until Russia confirmed them.
3. The Police knew where these men had been staying and that there was possible contamination but didn't let the hotel owners know.
4. Months after the incident the hotel was searched as a contaminated site and photos of the 'suspects' where released.
5. Skirpal was a prisoner in Russia and could have been popped off at anytime yet they released him only to attack him in broad daylight in another country.
6. The suspects turn out to be tourists.
7. These highly trained 'secret agents' failed to kill their target and were not trained enough to travel in a car whilst here to avoid CCTV cameras or enter the country via another European entry point they came straight from Moscow.

Sorry I think our government are lying or they are incredibly incompetent both could be true.
