Mate, Forlan never gotta fair run of games at rags. He was young then, has any one thought oh shit, he actually may have improved???
I think He would be a great signing.
Tevez, Forlan, and Boji should be great front line. Unfortunately RSC will also be there!
Remember James Beatie a while ago or Andy Johnson had one great season where they scored 20 odd goals in the epl and next season back to their mediocre best. RSC is exactly that...Bellamy is not going to get you 20 plus goals never mind 15!!
I for one, would pay the demands of ETO, hell if we have to pay over the odds to land these players then we have to and for the simple reason WE CAN AND WE DONT HAVE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE!!

I'd take Forlan, he has a similar scoring record to Villa in Spain, but available for a lot less.
He was poor at the rags but he was lot younger back then.
How much would he want to score against the vermin?
We do have a bit of a latin contingent at City now and I think he'd fit in.
