Castles took the biscuit with his bitter and disingenuous tweets which clearly implied City were found guilty of breaching FFP.

UEFA statement on CAS decision to reduce Manchester City’s two-year European competition ban and €30million fine to a €10m fine after finding the Abu Dhabi-owned club to be in breach of Financial Fair Play regulations.
When challenged by City fans he responded that it was all there in black and white in the CAS statement that City had contravened article 56 of the Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play regulations. Article 56 of course concerns co-operation and has nothing to do with financial misdemeanours but it's good enough for this slap headed fraud to label City as cheats who got away with it. And of course he had to get in a comment Abu Dhabi as well.
No proof will ever be enough for him and the like. He knows what he’s doing. He’s not significant enough for City to care. We care but we probably shouldn’t.
