Sami Nasri

Must say I have serious doubts about his strength of character. Looked like he didn't fancy it last night.
I've always thought he's overrated and not seen anything in a City shirt to change my mind. He's lucky it didn't kick off for real between him and Frimpong as he'd have got leathered.

My problem with him so far his that he doesn't seem to take enough responsibility in games where he is one of the most senior player, like last night. When he seemed willing to accept being substituted last night after 30 minutes worried me and brought up serious questions about his character

I appreciate what people have said about Milner and Lescott but they never appeared to go through the motions in games and when they've had the opportunity they have appeared to try their best to take it

Nasri, on the whole appears to let games pass him bye

This really worried me, he didnt seem to have any fight and his reaction when he thought he was coming off summed it up well...

For the first time, i am concerned that we may have bought a dud here, hope im wrong because he does have ability, but his desire, or lack thereof, is certainly worrying...

What really worries me is he seems to not care about his hair style, he hasnt changed it since...god knows when. Needs to show he cares about his appearance.

From what I heard, Nasri actually wanted to play in this game. I know all players want to play all the time, but 48 hours after the Liverpool game - no picnic, by the way - if he had wanted it he would have had the perfect excuse not to play. I think it says rather more about him that he wanted to play when he knew how much stick he would get.

Some way below his best yes, but I think we make allowances not only for the fact that he hasn't been brilliant in recent weeks generally, but also that he played 48 hours previously.

The one disapointment of the season for me so far.
His body language and any Influence on the game yesterday was non existent.
If any rag/other club supporter mentions about players signing for us just for the money then at present he fits the bill for me.
I know its quite early days and settling in etc but was expecting a lot more.

Just think, Dzeko last season, and there is your answer. Think De Jong as well when he joined us. Some players take more time to settle in. Also don't forget his debut against Spurs and he was brilliant in that game. It will come in time, class always shines through in the end and Nasri has got heaps of it.

On Goonersweb they are saying Nasri smacked Frimpong in the tunnel and then legged it into our dressing room.
Bwahaha.

Hahahahah LOL!

If he did I think Samir is CLASS! Frimpong is a just a b*tch who can't let his Football on the pitch do the talking --- but then again, he is pretty shit as a player so that must explain it.
