Sandro Tonali

But Newcastle are 11th in the league so that isn't saying that much.
So, what does that say about Anderson?

What a stupid metric! Tonali is a quality player, regardless of the performances of the team for which he plays.

We host Newcastle again in a fortnight, so we'll hopefully have another opportunity to see him. Would probably have a truer appreciation were he playing in a less depleted midfield, but then we might not take the points.

The guy said that Newcastle fans consider him to be one of their best midfielders but that can't be a high bar to clear because they aren't very good.

I don't think that's a stupid point at all.

Rodri is doing his best to fill that role in the last few games!
Not doing a good job of it he keeps getting booked
That tonali can kick everything above grass height and either 90th minute booking or non at all............what do you mean different with city shirt on

He is their most talented player but he has looked from the moment he arrived like he’d rather be anywhere else.

He was Milans most talented player, he loved them, they loved him. I swear they must have known about the betting charges before they were announced, and let’s be honest, it’s not exactly unlike the Italians to collude and sell information and scheme is it? That’s what they’re all about.

I reckon he was forced into that move personally, either way I wouldn’t touch him, something off about him and he might be just as miserable playing for us too.

Reinders + cash for tonali would be great. Him and anderson in the midfield is ideal with cherki at the ten
