I prefer Sandro to Huddlestone, I think they'll manage without him.

Come on Chelsea!

Sandro has been immensely impressive during the past couple of months but losing Huddlestone for over half the season has been a huge blow for Spurs.

Add to this the fact that our two first choice central defenders - Ledley King & Jonathan Woodgate - have both missed almost the entire season and it's not hard to see why Spurs have dropped points compared with last season.

The strange thing is that the media have largely ignored this.

Oh well.

Thats because they are too busy sucking Arry`s cock
and listening to his pearls of wisdom on everything and
anything to report impartially

Bookies dont often get things wrong

I dunno about that, they had us as clear favourites to win the Europa League and we didn't even make the quarter finals. :D
City were fav's for the EL entirely because UK bookies had a satchel full of hometown money on City and needed to balance the books by offering cramped odds for us and slightly over the odds for the rest of the field rather than because we had the best chance to win. We were false favourites for that event and a def "lay" on the exchanges.
The 4th place battle is a 2/3 horse race and all teams have been backed at some point of the season so the bookies will be sitting on a nice profit and are offering prohibitive odds against City who will qualify and skinny odds on Spuds but just enough to get a few last bets from hopeful Spuds fans and Blues looking for some insurance against us imploding.

Yeah losing Huddlestone with just a short settling in period for Sandro has been a blow no doubt.

For Woodgate, can you really still say he's your first choice central defender? It's a bit like saying Hargreaves is United's first choice defensive midfielder. It's just taken as a given that they will be injured!

I don't think it has effected Harry's plans for the season too much, he wasn't in the original 25 squad list was he?

Kinda the same for King, but to a lesser scale.

Harry seems to have assembled a plethora of defenders specifically for this, with King and Woodgate out there is still Gallas, Dawson, Kaboul and Bassong who would be CB starters for a lot of prem teams, then Corluka who can also fill in. Throw King and Woodgate into the mix and that's six players whose natural position is CB.

If Chelsea beat spuds all we have to do is beat west ham and Stoke at home and I think it's ours as can't see them beating dippers away

They can even beat us and they still can't catch us!

Chelsea have to beat spuds but if spuds get a draw then we still only have to beat Stoke and west Han as goal diff should carry us through barring a minor miracle

Spurs can't blame injuries for not finishing 4th if they dont finish. We have had injury problems aswell..like Tevez now and Adam Johnson for 3 months. And we had defenders injured at the start of the season aswell.

Anyways...this weekend we could pretty much seal our top 4 spot.

If we win WH and Spuds lose or draw to Chelsea. We only have to win 2 of our remaining 4 fixtures to be surely in the top 4....and that requires that Tottenham win their all 4 fixtures after that. And i can't see them beating Liverpool and maybe not us aswell.

Ill not write Spurs off yet

I remember last year, when they had to face Chelsea, Arsenal, Us etc and they won the lot of them.

But ill be rooting for Chelsea today for obvious reasons, and although it makes me sick to admit it, hoping for Utd to beat Arsenal as im more concerned about city coming 3rd than Utd winning the league (after all we know its a ref friendly induced win this year).

Wouldnt it be funny though for City 3rd, Spurs 4th, Arsenal 5th
