Liverpool could theoretically say they aren't appealing tomorrow and it'd go into effect but we know the dirty Dippers won't take the ban with good grace.

As for his appeal lasting a month as someone said, I doubt that.

A quick glance at the schedule shows that if he appeals, he will play against us but not the rags.

said earlier on he should get 8 or 9 match ban,not worried if he plays against us as he will be under the mircoscope from now on,regarding his behaviour on the pitch the officals will be keeping a close eye on him every time he plays,in fact he could well end up leaving england as the press will rip into him and rightly so fcuk him...

so does it start tomorrow? cos if it doesn't he misses all 3 games v us.

starts in 2 weeks

providing he doesn't appeal up to & including 3rd january (the day we play them in the league). then he won't be banned until after the appeal process & will probably have the ban reduced or partially suspended. we all know he'll appeal so he can play all 3 games against us.

14 days to appeal then ban doesn't start until after the appeal. He'll play in all 3

How do you work that out? 14 days takes us to Jan 3rd so yes he'll be available for the league match but the appeal will be heard very soon after so any ban will most likely take in both legs of the SF.
