This. Mustard on the sausages, onion gravy on the mash (cos northern boys love gravy)

I would go for a dijon mustard mash, then do onion gravy for the sausage's. I would also cook them whilst naked with my sausage tucked inbetween my legs pretending to be a lady. Each to their own I suppose though.
