Slowly pan fried. Then, with a few mins to go, slice in half and pan fry the inside of the sausage. 2 sausages this way fit perfectly onto a slice of toast.

Has anyone tried the black pudding or the haggis & black pudding sausages from Pearsons in the inside market, Ashton under Lyne? The best I've had by a mile.
