Debbie & Andrews, Musk Newmarket or The Black Farmer, very very gently fried in beef dripping for 20 minutes to half an hour.

Has anyone tried the black pudding or the haggis & black pudding sausages from Pearsons in the inside market, Ashton under Lyne? The best I've had by a mile.
