Strange isn't it, who was the last rags manager you felt could make them something better? Mad Louie and PEG, but probably on their downward trajectory, ole and tent peg, they still won trophies, twats.

Only one who's called them out for what they are was wreck it, of course they were too arrogant to listen.

I think the Interim one is going to be pulling his hair out soon. Serves him right for being a greedy boy!±

They’re also a gaggle of shithouses who only bother putting a shift in for the big games. That’s why Amorim is happy to throw them under the bus, he’s seen them hold their own when they can be arsed and is furious with them for their appalling lack of application against the “lesser” (but still better than them) sides

Funny that they paid near £10 million to get him out of his Sporting Lisbon contract...

They also paid Newcastle compensation for Dan Ashworth and he only lasted 5 months at Old Trafford!

Didn't he sign a weird contract something like a year and a half with the option of a further year? Maybe I'm wrong but I thought that's what it was...Obviously thinking of sacking him before he even started ffs..."Well if we only give him a year and a half we don't have to pay much to sack him".

He's on £6.7m a year, Imagine he's getting over £550k a month! Shambles of a club.

Yeah, the argument could be that against the better sides so to speak it is just easier to hold that shape and play counter. He will know if it is a lack of effort or anything else in the other games. They just go to shit when they need to be the team on the front foot. Either way it is enjoyable to watch

Hopefully, with young Nico, and maybe Abdu too, in the lineup, we should be a bit more solid defensively
