savic watch

I saw him mess up one run, apart from that he was solid for my money. Seems a top player and looks like he loves pushing forward and only likes to play a pass that will kill of half of their midfield, non of the side passing lark. I like that but i hope he gauges that enthusism for going forward against his defensive duties all the time.

well i think he desolves a new topic here

does he?

which one did he dissolve? did it dissolve completely or did it leave a chalky residue?
prick, lets see you post in Tibetan or whatever language the OP speaks.

i thought Savic had a decent game although he wasn't really tested.
he looked very comfortable coming out of defence with the ball and used it well rather than just 'lumping' it away.
looks a good prospect and will improve with gametime.

I like the look of him, seems to be good on the ball and loves a tackle. Has Chumps league experience and quite a few caps for his country, I think he will be replacing Lescott in the future (even though JC has had a great start to the season).

Be interesting to see Savic at the weekend against QPR as I think they will be 100 mph and try to get in our faces.
↲↲I don't understand why he needs to be Lescott's replacement, I see that kind of comment quite a lot on here but don't you think we need 3 or 4 first team centre backs? Of which both Lescott and Savic can be important parts of?
u r right geoffo.all teams have at least 4 or 5 cbs and we have 4 as well.so they all are complementary to each other rather than replacement.
but kolo is unhappy because of less game time now .so problems can arise as a team should have consistent cb to be success

he s a great addition..... shows he is solid even when dropped in out of the blue! seems cool, glad he s here. just hope him and kolo get enough games to satisfy their professional appetites.

hahahah...we still has to talk more if he starts against pr.which i hope is a strong possibility now.
wee
still he is 20 and a good prospect.gets a nod in such important game, played decently.

Can't see Lescott being second choice behind Kompany beyond this season. Savic was clearly brought to replace Lescott, sooner or later he will (hopefully). If he can't, then someone else will. But let's hope he will. There is still Boyata coming who will be a great 3rd or 4th choice.

He was brilliant.

Hes far superior to lescott with the ball

Yes he was absolutely brilliant, never gave the ball away and worth at least 2 assists. Doing that against such a quality team too should mean he stays in the team ahead of Lescott for the rest of the season.Or if Lescott comes back maybe instead of Vinnie.

Glad you started this thread as I wanted to say the same. Thought he looked very classy as he relaxed into the game. Really started to show his ability on ball. Was good against England too and spoke with integrity when interview after match. Boy's got a big future.

You do him a disservice, he was much better than that.
