Savic is woeful, Kolarov has been even worse tonight though. Both Mancini signings, Kolarov £16m wasn't it? Savic £8m-ish I'm led to believe? Wow that's £24m. We could have brought in one really good CB to partner Kompany for that.
We really seem to struggle playing out from the back (Lescott can barely kick a ball straight, less said about Savic the better). If we could bring in a more technical CB to play alongside Kompany I think we'd see a big improvment. If you look at all the decent teams in Europe, it all starts from the back, the build up play, we are REALLY struggling in that respect recently.
