We go there with no expectations at all. And many many thousands are leaving our wee place to drink German beer and get very, very drunk.

I think we have a slight chance of getting out the group and I know I can count on you all to get right behind our lads

it’s either a, great minds think alike, or fools seldom differ. I hope we do well, but I always get the feeling I’m climbing into a burning spitfire every big tournament. So far, I have nrvrr, ever, seen us got out a group. Don’t get me wrong, a few beers, a steadying treble Malt and I will be convinced we can take the Germans to the fucking cleaners. I have really good Malts.

Probably won't do that well but you (Scotland) don't have an unrealistic expectations that you are going to win the Euros. Looking at Southgate's squad England will not do much better either.
