People are getting worked up because " Sky Sources " said this would be done today, since when did they ever get anything right.

Only City could get held to ransom over a player who has refused to sign a contract, has a year left on his current one and has openly talked about leaving.

I don't think we are being held to ransom, this is how buisiness is carried out, if you think the seller is trying to fleece you, you walk away, if the seller really wants to do the deal he will come chasing you up the street, and that is the way it should be, although I happen to think the deal is done and dusted and this is just a show for the Swansea fans
Sounds like you know something?

I know nothing, it's just the way things tend to work out

tell swansea to fuck off. i like the boy but nobody fucks with city.

the lad will be furious and wont put in a shift ever again.

Agreed on the latter, I hope he shits on Swansea for this, as cock-ish as that sounds.

A bake is a goon or a clown, which is what you are son.

get to fuck , have a wee read of some of the comments on here re frustration and this transfer window and maybe have a rethink "son" PMSL

you'd need to be at least 65 chap

Well i'm 53 kid, Collyhurst and Moston resident all my life been watching City since 1965 you might be quite aged in chronological years but you're comments give you a mental age of about 14, as you said to me(wee and get to fuck you must be a sweaty sock) get to fuck yourself.

Middleton born, 49, blue all my life, been to Scotland a handful of times

With a handful of posts maybe you should consider your comments before diving in, at 53 I can only assume you've only just finished the reading classes chap.....

Keep up the good work

Like I said in my original post that caused your dummy to drop, the papers , be them right or wrong are causing dissent in the club ( I believe ) and also from the masses on here......

Read a few more pages and you might just agree

If you need a little more practice first, try Jack and Jill. I might have a Speak & Spell in the loft.... We'll have to hook up if you can find the ground next home game, you can have it, call it my bit for care in the community

Has the deal really fell through or this sly sports news oh so subtle made up shite again??
Fallen through is incorrect, rejected (for now).

SSN are saying its fell through to build up the impression that the last day of the window is going to be a special day when the real super deals all take place, look at it this way for example we have three bids in for players but only two places available, one is already sorted, lets call him Mr Nasty the other two, Mr Happy and Mr Grumpy, well Mr Grumpy is a superstar but Mr Happy is a round peg in a round hole. You have three days only, one spot left do you wait three days to see if you can get Mr Grumpy or do you fill the last place with Mr Happy who you can get in hours and call it a do.

i mentioned this before- swanseas chairman was on tv last week banging on l how the price needs to be right and how much fletcher went to sunderland for-i.e- we,ll try our very best to extort as much money out of city as we can- i,d dump this and leave them with a very unhappy player.....sinclair won,t be the difference between us retaining the title or not anyway.....

I am of the opposite view we would have had Johnson till Christmas and he wanted regular football but wasn't prepared to change the closer it gets to the window closing the more teams will panic with having players on their hands who don't want to be there.

It isn't as though there aren't any other options out there. That Isco kid seems able to play the wing as well as other positions and not everyone's cup of tea but there is Walcott. There are probably others as well.
