Scott Sinclair. WBA? Update page 25

Re: Scott Sinclair. WBA?

He should go to Celtic or a decent Scottish team. He needs to rebuild his confidence in a lower league for a while. Look at Samaras.

If he could do well up there then he might make a decent Premiership player. I think he could struggle now at any Premiership team. And dropping to a Championship team is too soon I think.

Plus he should find some grandparents that ate not English. Is it too late for him to declare for another nation? Loads of players should be mindful of this incase they can't make the English team :-)

Re: Scott Sinclair. WBA?

Watching the City TV interview last night with Sinclair and Rodwell - it seems Sinclair has been loaned out more times than a pair of shoes in a bowling alley. I can see him going to Crystal Palace or West Brom on loan for a year.

I hope we can sell. In the past we have virtually bought and paid for players who then turn out for a different club. Lesson learnt I think.

Re: Scott Sinclair. WBA?

feel sorry for the lad should not of come in the first place but you cant blame him for wanting to play for City, and the question from me is who the fuck thought he was good enough to play for us in the first place, needs a written warning if you ask me.

Did he not get fired?

I always thought Sinclair was signed to make up your UEFA Homegrown quota - that true or is it a misconception from an outsider?

It's as good a theory as we'll get because his career to date has 'journeyman' written all over it. Adam Johnson had both followers and critics, but few of us could ever see how we were going to profit from this signing and, sadly, this is how it appears to have transpired.

Also goes on to say "hoping to get more of a chance this season than last. Only time will tell." Which may lean towards him staying put and looking to feature more at City under Pellegrini.

You lot don't need to make a profit...buckets of cash!!!!!

Did always seem like an odd signing to the outsider, as I always say about city (maybe wrongly) when do the less skilled players get their experience as the managers are under pressure to deliver - they're always going to pick and buy the world beaters. Cannot see him getting a sniff considering you've just bought in Navas
