Think people are surprised the hatred for Rangers from Aberdeen fans. It's almost expected by Celtic fans and vice versa, but some of the stuff Aberdeen fans say and sing about with the Ibrox disaster, Ricksen and the Ian Durrant injurythats allowed to go unchallenged really is shocking.

They have somehow invented Rangers as their main rivals when we have nothing to do with them. It started off during the Ferguson era and got worse after the Durrant incident where they somehow turned themselves into the victims.
I remember after he came back after his injury, Durrant went over to take a corner in front of the Aberdeen fans at Ibrox and every single one of them mocked him with chants of ' Simmy ' , the guy who put him out of football for 3 years. I will never ever forget the sight of a little girl down the front raising her leg and pointing to her knee right in front of him.

Durrant is one of my favourite ever Killie players. I was young and he probably wasn't at the same level as when he was with Rangers but he was absolutely unbelievable for Killie. Doubt you'd speak to any Killie fan who doesn't have him in a list of their top 3 or 4 players of all time. A joy to watch.

He was a brilliant player.Hearts signed Derek Ferguson another classy player on his day.
Anyway.Wins for Celtic, the wee team and St Mirren.
Injury time goal gives Hearts a point in a 2/2 draw with Dundee Utd.
Bad news though with Craig Gordon stretchered off receiving oxygen.
There are photos doing the rounds of Craig's injury. Please do not post on here.

I seen it, looks horrible. Watched it at the time and couldn't believe the referee initially gave United a penalty, rightly overturned. All the best to Gordon.

As a Killie fan was happy to see Shankland equalise at the death, still think Dundee United will pick up eventually though. They're the best of the 4 sides at the bottom imo.

Best thing about following Scottish football is being surprised when someone does something good. Especially if your team is a bit shit normally (St Mirren )

Just dont get that feeling any more as a City fan. It's nice to have a bit of both kinds of football in your life.

Wins for Celtic,Rangers,Hearts,Killie and Dundee Utd.Livi draw with St Mirren.
Aberdeen have lost every game since the league started back up.Letting Hearts move up to 3rd.

Would keep it interesting if Rangers won the next old firm to have a remote chance of a title race ............. Celtic could more or less wrap it up come January 2nd

Up to 9th in the table.Aberdeen lucky to have had some points in the bag otherwise they would be in the relegation battle as well.

First victory over the sheep at home since 2011. Abysmal record broken and yours truly was at a wedding so missed the lot of it. At least I know for next time we play them not to turn up.

Big game for us to start the new year at home to St Mirren as there's a double header against Celtic then Rangers after that.

Aberdeen started the "Perry boy" "scally" "casual" thing as they had golf courses near and bought the clothes.
