Season card not updating in mobile wallet

Hoping a fellow blue can assist.

I have my season ticket downloaded in my Google wallet on an Android phone. My mate has transferred his ticket to me for a friend as he can't attend. The ticket is sat in my ticketing account, but the 'download to mobile wallet' is greyed out when I click on it. Is there another way of getting the ticket into my Google Pay wallet?
If you have Google email account, send the ticket email to that and download it from there

That's the problem. I can't see I received an email from City after the ticket transfer like I have in the past.
We transferred my wife's ticket to my daughter for tonight's game on Monday night. It then showed with my daughter's name on the website, but she didn't get an email either.
Rang the club last night, and after a 40 minute queue they sent the email whilst I was on the blower, so it is now sorted.
Hope you sort yours
 
shitty system and needs to revert back, can't make the game tonight so transferred it to my son who has no confirmation as having received it

Yeah I had the same. Had to call them and they resent the email and it came through straight away. Not the first time and is a bit frustrating.

Same here. Ticket is showing in My Tickets but the option to add to my mobile wallet is greyed out and no email. Not had that many problems with this system and have used it for every home game has my brother can't attend any games at the moment.

I'll ring them later if it doesn't show up beforehand.
 
off topic a bit but
yesterday i got 2 confirmation emails that money had gone out for the sporting lisbon game,
2 for my lad.
within an hour i had 2 more emails,the first lot were to my son ( 2 kids prices ),the second lot were correct,1 adult and 1 kid.
they'd charged me 2 kids at first.
 
I sent on my ticket for tonight on to my mate’s wallet. He never received it, but a day later City randomly emailed me the ticket with my mate’s details on it.

In case anyone else is having a problem and doesn't want to sit on the phone, I raised an enquiry on the website and they got back to me in an hour or so and sorted it out really quickly.

I had the problem this morning that the Fulham game was still showing. On an iPhone I deselected the Automatic Updates, then re selected it and the Wallet updated with the Brentford ticket
